THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN SOLVED..
Thanks for all your helpful suggestions!
Timely Help (no longer) Needed...
We're on a trip and the motor for our water pump in our Winnebago View 2015 keeps running but the pump isn't working.
What we've noticed: The switch in the ONE PLACE over the refrigerator will turn on and off, however the switch underneath in the back with the outside shower and near the water intake will not switch off.
Prior to this issue, the green "LIGHT" in the water pump switch for the water pump located in the bathroom stopped working in that the light stayed regardless of whether the pump was on or off (making it hard to tell if it was On or Off).
We've got functional water by hooking up to an external water supply. Once we hit the road, we'll be without that temporary fix.
I am guessing that IF the motor keeps running that it's not a fuse. Is that true? If it still could be a fuse, where is that fuse located? (We can't find any map to the fuses. That would certainly be helpful. If anyone has that, I'd LOVE that. I'll make a separate post for that.)
Reading the owner's manual it says it could be a switch that was over adjusted. Where might that be?
Any help is warmly appreciated!

I hope to read some useful information on the water pump also. We have the opposite problem, in that our pump won’t work with the OnePlace.
So I assume we both have an electrical issue, not the pump itself. There must be a different set of wires for the OnePlace, separate from the other two. Both of those still work for us.
I don’t want to replace the OnePlace since it still works for everything else.
Maybe the problem is a connection back on the pump ?

Troubleshooting: * you might try removing the one place and unplug it to learn if the bathroom and wet bay switches work normal. * You could pop the switch out and disconnect one side to verify if they're mechanically sound open and close
As a note: When I dewinterize this year, I forgot to turn the knob from winterize to normal and the pump continually ran as long as I had power to it. Like you, I was very anxious. I know that's not your problem because you can't turn yours off and I could.

You are correct if your water pump runs, your fuse is good. If the water pump runs but no water flows out of your faucet, this typically indicates you are out of water or there is an air lock in your water line preventing water from reaching your pump. Most RV water pumps are capable of running dry without destroying the impeller.
It sounds as though you have pressure water while being connected to a tap. You should fill your water tank to Full, disconnect from pressure water, if you have a Fill/Run valve, make sure it’s set to Run. Open up your bathroom sink cold faucet and turn on your water pump. Once you have water flowing, shut off that faucet, now do the same with every other faucet, (cold and hot).
Good luck!

Not sure of your issue…however it the water valve in the service cabinet (outside) is in tank fill position, pump will run but not move water

Sean is spot on. I misunderstood the problem... I thought the pump was running all the time with water pressure being produced at the faucets. Go with what Sean laid out in troubleshooting. And make sure you didn't accidentally put your wet bay knob in " winterize" because that bypasses the water tank and is used to suck antifreeze or air if not in liquid jugs. And check your other settings as Sean recommended. Earl ATL 2017 NJ

Could you have left the fill valve open in the outside shower compartment. It can’t be a fuse if the pump runs. It is not a pressure switch if you are not getting any water out of the taps. If you were getting water then it could be a pressure switch which is likely on the pump itself which in my View is under the floor of the right rear outside compartment. If that “fill valve” is open, the pump cannot build pressure. If it is closed as it is in normal operation, and the pump continues to run, it may be drawing in air from a line in the system, possibly a hole. I am sure you have checked that you have water in the tank. There could be a crack in the little filter coming off the pump but you would have water running out the bottom.

Thank you Michael, We are only getting water out of the taps when hooked up to an external water source. Otherwise, we are not getting any water.

I had that problem and realized the fresh water tank fill (in the water wet bay) was still turned to fill....closed it and pump pressurized right off
Hope that is all it is 👌

Manual with troubleshooting tips attached.
Couple of things to check. Does your fresh water tank have water? When the pump is running do you have water flow to faucets? Is the lever in the water closet set to "normal" I also sent to your email a link of a you tube video showing how to adjust pressure on pump.

Make sure your fill valve is in Normal position. If it’s in Fill, your pump will run continuously. Roger07VJ E WA

There is an in-line screen on the water pump. It has a clear top. Unscrew the top and clean the screen inside. Check all valves to make sure there is no leaks. You may have a bad pressure switch.

Water pump is still running and will not switch off.
Water tank is FULL,
The Fill switch is on NORMAL (not Fill water),
Without being hooked up to external water source, there's no water that flows.
I can force the Water Pump to stop ONLY if we both unplug from electric And turn off the house batteries.
What we have not yet tried, is cleaning the filter in the water pump, (Apparently we are are supposed to do that annually after the first year or so.)
I will reread the other suggestions in case I missed other things to try.

It has been suggested that you pull the fuse from the main fuse panel under the beds. Please do this, that pump will eventually burn out. The other way to cut power is to cut the electric wires to the pump at the pump, but leave some length so you can reconnect them (last ditch effort). This will not solve the problem, will prevent pump burnout. You can solve it when at home or at a shop. Dan 19V

In addition to previous posts, here are a couple of more thoughts.
1. Does your toilet flush without city water attached? 2. Your pump may be cavitated which could indicate a lack of water flow into the pump. If you have easy access to the water pump to clean the filter, I would check two more things. First, make sure the two valves which control flow into and out of the pump are "Open". I'd also think about disconnecting the supply line into the pump to see if water is flowing into it.... Make sure city water is OFF and put some sort of vessel under the line/junction to catch any outflow which will be purely fed by gravity. If there is no water flow, the problem is likely somewhere between the diverter valve and pump. If there is water (you can turn it off by closing the supply valve), the problem lies elsewhere. 3. As for electrical problems, I don't have my owner's manual handy but in our 06 View, the two pump switches (inside on control panel, outside in utility bay) are tied together logically along with the tank fill valve position. I believe that in our case, if either of the two switches would "stick" in the "On" position, the pump would continue to run. In our 06V, both switches must be off and the tank fill valve in the "normal" position for the pump to be off. Also, there should be a pressure relief switch (probably in the pump) which should turn the pump off when pressure in the outbound line reaches a certain limit. 4. Winnbago has electrical and plumbing schematics/diagrams on their website. You may want to download the ones for your exact vehicle (2015s are divided by serial number). These could help you troubleshoot the problem. 5. Finally, if all else fails and you are still perplexed, I'd recommend avoiding any RV service centers in favor of a mobile RV tech. We have very, very good luck three times with these techs, particularly for coach issues... AND, they come to you! Our preferred local mobile tech charges $85 for his service call which includes the first hour of labor and he includes a complimentary roof inspection with every visit. It pays to have your parts on hand, if possible, otherwise it may take a second visit unless what you need is something simple he might already have on the van.
Good luck and Happy Trails!

THANK YOU EVERYONE!
Magically it stopped. We were able to get on the road and I am just now able to catch up with emails. Sorry for the delay in responses.
What we did: We unhooked from the external water source and refilled the water tank to see if there was any air trapped in the lines. The pump did not move the water thru the faucets as was happening before. We reconnected the external water source, began running the water, disconnected from the exterior water source, and somehow I am guessing it primed the flow and forced air out of the internal water tank's system.
I honestly have no idea what happened but that's my best guess. I was delightfully quiet once the pump stopped and we got back on the road!
Thank you everyone. What a wonderful forum / resource we have here.
